Vintage Inspired 1.5CT Round Diamond Bezel Set Engagement Ring

As lovers of jewelry, we've studied the intricate details of designs from previous eras. We understand that for some clients, vintage jewelry can feel a little too ornate to wear everyday. It's possible to add vintage inspired detail to rings without having a full commitment to past styles. In this ring, we created marquise leaf shapes from the Edwardian era to frame the modern, delicate bezel. It showcases the best details of vintage settings. The pave settings are carved into the leaf shapes with steel gravers. It creates a sculptural dimension that CAD created settings cannot provide. Then the perimeter of the leaves are hand engraved with milgrain detail that delineates the shapes. The 1.5ct diamond is the star of the show in a thin but sturdy bezel complete with an ornate open gallery in the side profile which allows more light into the diamond.
